Update

Monkey Warp was updated to the latest version of Pixelbox (version 2.0.0)

Improvements includes:

• faster loading
• better gamepad handling. You can now use the stick to move. (This goes a bit against the Gameboy style restrictions, but hey...)
• fix some color issues
